2. Peach Sorbet – Instead of ice cream, whip up some low-calorie sorbet. Pop two 15-ounce cans of peaches in 100 percent fruit juice into the freezer for 3 hours. Place contents in the blender and add a banana if you like to create a satisfying frozen treat. A half cup of homemade peach sorbet is just 53 calories.

3. Refreshing Watermelon – What’s a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium on a hot day? Look no further than hydrating watermelon. You can enjoy two whole cups of cubed watermelon for under 100 calories.

4. Orange Yogurt Ice Pop – Get a good dose of vitamin C and calcium with this homemade treat. Mix 6 ounces of thawed from orange juice concentrate with 2 cups of low-fat vanilla yogurt until blended. Poor into mini ice pop molds or 12 paper cups and freeze. Each ice pop has just 1 gram of fat and 42 calories.

Fruit Smoothies – Blend 6 strawberries, 1 cup of pineapple, 1 banana, 4 ice cubes, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract in a blender to make a tropical fruit smoothie.
